By using Ordo, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Ordo is an AI-powered academic productivity application that helps you manage tasks, track focus time, journal, and plan your schedule. The service is provided as-is during its current development phase.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Ordo. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You agree not to:
You own the data you create in Ordo — your tasks, journal entries, events, and focus sessions. You grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to operate the service for you. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Ordo uses AI (via Anthropic's Claude) to provide features like task decomposition and daily briefings. AI-generated content is provided for informational and planning purposes only. You should review AI output before acting on it. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated suggestions.
AI features are subject to daily usage limits. These limits may change at any time.
If you connect Google Calendar, you authorize Ordo to read your Google Calendar events on your behalf. We use this access solely to import events into Ordo. You can disconnect this integration at any time in Settings → Integrations.
Ordo is currently in early access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for any loss of data or functionality resulting from service interruptions.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA.
You may stop using Ordo and delete your account at any time via Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
